FREEDOM HIGH SCHOOL INFORMED US ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28th THAT WE NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES PER OUR AGREEMENT.
BASED ON THEIR SOLE DECISION AND NO FAULT OF OUR OWN, WE HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CANCEL THIS EVENT.
IF YOU ARE UPSET LIKE US (OR EVEN A FRACTION), PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT FREEDOM HIGH SCHOOL AND THE PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD TO COMPLAIN.
All vendors, exhibitors, panelists, and supporters should have been notified directly.
We are working on refunds now. Please bear with us as we work through this large effort.
The future of this event and our Troop is unknown.
We have incurred a large amount of expenses in preparation for this show and as this is our annual fundraiser, we now have no operating funds for 2019.
