About Boy Scout Troop 501

Boy Scout Troop 501 was founded by scouts and parents from Cub Scout Pack 501.

The number 501 comes from Darth Vader's Legion, the 501st and inspired by the 501st Legion costuming/charity organization and fellow affiliations such as the the Rebel Alliance, Mandolorian Mercs and R2-D2 builder clubs around the world.

The goals of Boy Scout Troop 501 is to develop youth into young men of character.

We have follow the basic tenants of the Scout Oath, Law and Outdoor Code with the addition of STEM themes and, of course, Star Wars.
